Today is the start of a series of workshops on change leadership. I love the simplicity of the Marae at Thames High School.
Had a good day out on the trails. 26km and felt pretty good. Enjoyed a chilly dip in the lake after…
A trip to Pukekohe for a tense game if hockey. Unfortunately, Suburbs lost but they put up a good fight!!
Old souks in their element. Not sure when we got to be our parents! Comfortable in our skins though.
So many daffodils in flower now…Spring seems to be in the cusp. But I also love the hellebores or winter roses. The daffodils have a freshness of new life about them but the hellebores have a quiet beauty, understated, not so brash.
Rain in Wellington but decided to get out and up the hill for a morning walk knowing there would be no chance of escaping for walls later in the day. No view at the top due to us being in the cloud so a very unflattering selfie instead!
A Wellington hui means an early morning walk up to the top of the Botanics before being cooped up for the rest of the day.
A day in the office, a run to blow the cobwebs away then a walk along the waterfront to meet a fri we nd for dinner. Full moon over Wellington!
We went to the Wellington Museum today. A fascinating place to spend a couple of hours. I was particularly moved by the Wahine exhibition. After that we braved the Wellie wind and wandered along the waterfront. Spotted this gull agilely keeping its balance on this rope as it was buffeted by the wind.
So many photos to choose from today. An amazing flight down to Wellington with clear views of NZ North Island landscape. Then I went for a run up Mount Climie which was a hard grind but stunning views of Rimutakas and Hutt Valley from the top. (no photos cos phone ran out of battery!) In the afternoon Chris and I went for a stroll along the beach at Petone. It was beautiful. So today’s photo is Petone Wharf as the sun is going down.
