Old souks in their element. Not sure when we got to be our parents! Comfortable in our skins though.
Feeling sore. Fell flat on my backside and jarred my neck getting rosemary for my ‘sensory’ box for workshop today. Tried a different way for participants to reflect…
The winter fog is hitting the Waikato with force … drove through thick fog right up to the foot of the Kaimais this morning. Stunning view from the top though. But… photo of today is the amazing yarn bombing in Greerton Village.
‘Twas a busy work day today so good to have something to relax to this evening. We went to see Moana Maniapoto. What an amazing evening. Loved the stories and the music. An engaging performance which left us all buzzing.
I wandered out for a lunchtime coffee and a break from the computer and spotted these.
Day 2 hui. Started the day with a run up Mount Eden. I was actually too early for sunrise but the morning glow was stunning.
In Auckland for team hui. A whole day cooped up inside so getting out for a run at the Auckland Domain before dinner was great. A beautiful evening and I love this sculpture.
A new month. A new term. My first MoE PLD full staff session. Important to start well. Pleased with feedback. Of course, it’s always mixed but generally positive.
Another 10km on the Toi Track and beach. Still need some distance for Cranleigh in two weeks time but pegging away.
We called in at McLaren Falls on the way home – one of those places you see the signs for and always drive past…this time we didn’t! Interesting spot.
Love this concept of helping fellow walkers on the Toi Track!!
Whakaari/White Island. Active volcano. Just amazing. We were lucky with the weather so the boat trip over was fine – just a little bit choppy.
Can’t describe it succinctly and have heaps of photos so it’s hard to choose one.
My 360 turned out well.
