Easter Sunday. Gus isn’t too old to do an Easter Egg hunt in the garden! Lovely to see Lachlan too – wish I’d hidden his eggs too –  I think he was secretly a bit disappointed that I didn’t! Spent the rest of the day making things with feijoa.  We might only have a little tree but it has sure delivered this year. Coconut and feijoa cake and honey almond and feijoa cake baked, and a vat of feijoa chutney marinating ready to be cooked tomorrow.  Made with homegrown chillis and limes too.

In that role I support school leaders in their planning and implementation of technology. I love being in the outdoors and spend as much of my time as I can in the bush, by the ocean and on mountains.
